At Ambleside Furniture, we want you to love your home. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and secure it in the original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized furniture courier will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time for professional curbside pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
